3.1 How We Collect Opt-In Consent

Precision Service Electric Inc. will be collecting opt-in consent verbally from their customers. The customers will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at their physical location, or over a phone call if the customer calls. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications, and job completion surveys.

Customers will be verbally informed of the following at the time of opt-in:

• “Message and data rates may apply.”

• “Message frequency may vary.”

• “Text HELP for support or more information.”

• “Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time — no further messages will be sent.”

3.2 Types of Messages

Once opted in, you may receive text messages from us that include, but are not limited to:

• Billing notifications

• Appointment reminders

• Dispatch notifications

• Job completion surveys

3.3 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, text START or contact us directly.

3.4 Help and Support

For help or more information regarding our SMS communications, text HELP to the number from which you received the message or contact us directly using the information in Section 9 below.

3.5 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier in connection with SMS messages.

3.6 Privacy of Your Phone Number
